How do I place a wholesale order?

Existing Wholesalers

If you already have a wholesaler account then simply fill out the wholesaler order form you were supplied with when you registered as a wholesaler or any more recent forms issued. Send the order form to info@fiaje.com.au.

New Wholesalers

Before you can submit an order you must first apply to become a registered Fiaje wholesaler. Details on how to apply are provided on the Becoming a Fiaje Wholesaler page.

Paying for my order

All orders must be paid for prior to delivery. Once you have placed a wholesale order you will be issued with an invoice from Fiaje where you will have the option to pay by bank transfer or credit card. 

Once we receive confirmation of your payment the order will be released for processing. Delays in payment may result in your order being delayed.

Arrangements can also be made for COD in some situations.

Freight Charges

Once you have placed a wholesale order you will be issued with an invoice where the freight amount to deliver the order will be itemised. The freight charged will be based on quantity / weight of the total product order and designated delivery destination(s).

Shipping & Delivery

What if I'm not home?

If you would like the delivery driver to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not at home please write 'OK to leave' in the special delivery instructions at the checkout. 

Please be aware that we cannot offer any guarantees on the security of delivery if you have opted for this preference. We highly recommend you arrange delivery to an attended address.

Receiving my order

Damaged Goods

In the event that your goods are damaged in transit, or have manufacturing faults please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problem. On contacting us we will require photographs be sent to us of the broken items so we can follow-up with the insurance and courier company. We will also work with you to determine if a replacement or refund would be more appropriate on a case by case basis. Either option will be at our final discretion.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your choice of product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can better understand how we can meet your expectations. While we cannot offer an exchange, even for unopened items, we may offer a refund or a replacement item at our discretion.
