Working with Threefold Distilling again, we have released a new Sour Cherry Gin Jam.
For those that don't like their jam too sweet and adore the flavours of Cherries with the additional tang of a quality Gin to boot and you have the ultimate culmination of flavours.
This jam makes for a fantastic spread or addition to your next cheese board.
Ingredients: gin soaked sour cherries, sugar, lemon juice, pectin

Raspberry Gin Jam

We're over-the-top excited to announce our first collaboration with Threefold Distilling, the release of our new Raspberry Gin Jam! We use their by-product of gin infused raspberries from their Raspberry Gin Harvest Series as one of our key ingredients. We also add a heap more fresh raspberries and Threefold Gin to kick it up a notch. This jam is more than just jam, it is a veritable explosion of flavours – use it as a spread, cocktail topper, in a cheesecake or straight from the jar with a spoon! It's pretty versatile! We think this jam makes for an AWESOME gift as well just eating it yourself! 🍹

This is our signature jam for a very good reason – we think this jam encapsulates the flavours and textures of a fruit like no other and to top it off it absolutely beams with an amazing colour. For some it will bring back memories of old from the marmalade mum or grandma use to make - but with a subtle twist. One that comes from the hand cut cumquats we use to offer a smooth but tart taste sensation. If you only treat yourself to one new thing this week, then you must try this. You will not be disappointed.
As a simple spread, it is fantastic on a hot piece of toast or English muffin with lashings of butter.
Alternatively – use it to ramp things up to the next level when cooking your next hot ham. Simply use it as a glaze with some pineapple juice and mustard and you will be amazed at the results.
