One of our favourite berries here at Fiaje. So nice to eat fresh but absolutely glorious to make jam out of as well. Knowing you can take that same raspberry flavour into those months when raspberries are no longer in season is so reassuring.
This is an excellent jam to have on toast but also on scones with jam and cream. It’s also delightful to have on a croissant or a crusty baguette as well.
Ingredients: fruit (raspberries, apple), sugar, lemon juice
