Hot Chilli Sauce

For those that like some heat in their chilli sauce then this is what you are looking for. It won't blow your head off but you must be a chilli lover to pursue this one as it will grab you by the short and curlies if your not expecting it.

A perfect compliment to a hot or cold meat dish, dolloped on top of a variety of cheeses, philly cheese or tossed into a stir fry to give it that extra zing.

Ingredients: vinegar, sugar, chilli 23%, garlic, ginger, salt
