Peach & Habanero Jam

When the peach trees are laden with fruit and Habanero plants are exploding with the colour red we know we are in for a treat. We have to get in fast though as there is only a small window of opportunity to cook up as many batches of our Peach & Habanero Jam that we can.

This jam will rock your world with the initial intense flavours of a summer peach being captured that slowly evolves to the underlying Habanero chilli flavours coming through. The chilli also offers a tantalising inner glowing warmth. It really is a magic carpet ride of taste sensations. 

This jam is a great spread, but it truly transforms into a rock-star when accompanied with chicken or fish.

Ingredients: sugar, peach 40%, habanero 3%, lemon, pectin
