Onion Jam

This jam is handcrafted with caramelised onion and spices to deliver a spoonful of flavour that is rich, sweet and savoury at the same time.

This jam is fantastic on pretty much anything, some of our favourite things are steak sandwiches and hamburgers. It is also a great compliment to have on a cheese board with crackers.

Ingredients: onion, sugar, cider vinegar, salt, lemon, caraway seeds, spices
