Terms and Shipping Information for Online Orders

Thank you for visiting Fiaje, we value your custom and trust you are very happy with your purchases. Our stock changes regularly due to the seasonal nature of the produce available, so we invite you to come back often to see the latest releases and offers.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Although we try to maintain accurate information on our website, if for some reason the item is out of stock, we will contact and advise you accordingly.

Retail Sales Pricing and Delivery

Unless you are registered as a wholesale customer, the pricing that appears on our website is our recommended retail price excluding GST, it is in Australian Dollars and is for shipping within Australia. Overseas orders are possible, however shipping charges will vary and are to be arranged by the receiver.

Delivery

Once your payment is received we endeavour to dispatch goods within 2 working days either by Courier or Australia Post depending on the contents of the order, weight and destination of the goods. 

You must provide a delivery address where the goods can be received safely. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are to be left in a non-secure place. Any re-delivery charges are payable by you. 

At all times we aim for prompt delivery and dispatch, however delivery times are indicative only as they depend on third parties beyond our control. Fiaje cannot be held liable for any failure to meet delivery times after dispatch.

Generally, delivery to an address in metropolitan cities is received within 3 - 7 working days of dispatch. Outer metropolitan and country areas are an additional 2 days.

Damaged Goods

In the event that your goods are damaged in transit, or have manufacturing faults please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problem. On contacting us we will require photographs be sent to us of the broken items so we can follow-up with the insurance and courier company. We will also work with you to determine if a replacement or refund would be more appropriate on a case by case basis. Either option will be at our final discretion.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your choice of product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can better understand how we can meet your expectations. While we cannot offer an exchange, even for unopened items, we may offer a refund or a replacement item at our discretion.
